East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is so pleased to be bringing Only The Brave back in 2024 and we're coming back better than ever before!

Take on the 10, 6 or now `1.8 mile (3KM) route and tackle up to 35 obstacles!

Only The Brave is inspired by EAAA pilots, doctors, patients and families. They amaze us when they overcome physical and emotional obstacles every day. They tell us it’s ‘not the obstacles you face, but the way you deal with them’ that counts. Participants will need the same mentality to complete our course!

East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is a charity providing a helicopter emergency medical service for the people of East Anglia. We have two helicopters and two rapid response vehicles operating out of our bases in Cambridge and Norwich. We are called when someone's life is in danger and we fly on average 8 times a day, 365 days of the year - including Christmas Day. We receive no regular government funding and rely on the generosity of the public to deliver our life saving work.
